At only 16, Alfie Deacon was admitted to hospital after collapsing during his 8 hour dance rehearsal. He was in a critical condition, suffering from anorexia nervosa.

Years later Alfie has decided to share his story, struggling to juggle his mental health alongside the demanding industry of Performing Arts.
